Late night, an operator receives a call from a man who claims to have murdered his wife and kid. The police on reaching the scene find out the caller, Arjun, is paralyzed from the waist down and lived with his extended family. When Arjun's in-laws reach the place, they blame the death of their daughter on the entire family who wanted to usurp insurance. Can the police get to the bottom of it?

Crime Patrol takes us through the backward communities of South-India where the abhorrent practice of marrying off small girls to God is rampant. These girls grow up to be of sexual service to wealthy men and religious priests and are forbidden to enter into a real marriage. This is the story of one such Prabhu-Dasi who decides to break the cycle and make a new life for herself.

Meena falls in love with Arjun, one of the men who visit her and soon, starts distancing herself from the duties of being a Prabhu Dasi. Things start to change when she bears him a daughter, Asha. They gradually start to hatch a plan to liberate Meena from her life as a Prabhu Dasi and enter a rehabilitation program with an NGO. Will these two leave their families behind and start a new life?

Mansi, a 17-year-old, runs away from her home repeatedly much to the dismay of her parents. After her previous escape, she is returned back to her home when she is found by the police. Mansi's father tries to reason with her, but two days later, she escapes anyways. A week later, the charred remains of a body are found in the nearby forest and a bag that traces back to Mansi.

Two children from nearby locations in Rajasthan are abducted within a time span of six days. Ransom is demanded just from one of the families although both children are killed in the same manner within few hours of the abduction. The police are certain of a common suspect in both cases. What could be the motive behind the double kidnap and murder? Can the police solve this intertwined mystery?

But to their surprise, they discover that the suspects have nothing to do with the abduction of Jugni from Bhirugaon. An unidentified dead body is recovered and with further investigation, the police identify it as Anil Kunder of Udirwad, Karnataka. Under debt and unable to repay, Anil tries to commit suicide but fails. He is admitted to a hospital from where he goes missing and is later found dead. Laxmi Amma, a respected lady of Udirwad is last seen with Anil and she goes missing too. Will the mystery unravel?

The case keeps getting more complicated with Anil's friends still missing. The police suspect that Anil's murder and Laxmi Amma going missing is interlinked. The only missing link between the two cases is Vishwas and Chandan. Finally, the police get a hold of Vishwas and Chandan, Anil's friends and partners in crime. Is the investigation finally in the right direction?
