FBI agent Archer has captured nemesis Troy, a terrorist who killed his son. While Troy's in a coma, Archer surgically takes Troy's face to get info on his bomb. Trouble starts when Troy wakes up faceless and borrows Archer's face. The men must adapt to their identities while trying to destroy each other.
