June, 1993. Helsinki. Over 50,000 people witness the Aki Kaurismäki-formed rock group, Leningrad Cowboys, performing with 100 singers, 40 musicians, and 20 dancers from the Alexandrov Red Army Chorus and Dance Ensemble. From start to finish, the concert is a roaring success.
