Not, the oldest son of the Bonzini family who run a potato restaurant in a shopping complex, fancies himself as the oldest punk-with-a-dog in Europe. His brother, Jean-Pierre, is a mattress salesman. When Jean-Pierre is fired, and finds himself living on the street, the two brothers bond again.
