Twister has an identity crisis when he looses his trademark hat. The rocket gang must help Tito prepare for the ocean shores triathlon.

The rocket crew finds a stray dog and tries to help ray overcome his canine-phobia. Sam and the gang must collaborate to beat the genius oliver in the robattle competition.

Twister’s voice begins to change right before he’s due to sing at the Cinco de Mayo festival. Tice Ryan’s supervisor, Major Madison, reconsiders the need for beach rules.
