Highlighting the City of Orlando, City Beautiful is a depiction of Orlando "Joint" Long, former State Champ turned Hustler, and his protégé, Ricky, a recent High School Graduate who is preparing to go to the Army in order to provide for himself and his pregnant girlfriend. To change Ricky's about leaving, Joint pulls out the stops to show Ricky what he will be missing by going to the Military.
