Rana Prathap Jayadev (Nara Rohit), a rich, egoistic businessman gets into a tiff with an ACP and decides to become a cop to take revenge. He comes across several crimes committed by the higher officials and stands against them and in the course, meets the strongest of his foes, Asuragana Durga Prasad (Rao Ramesh), a powerful politician. Rowdy Fellow showcases Rana's rash stand against injustice.
