Tara Lee guides you through appropriate postnatal yoga suitable to practice from 6 weeks after the birth of your baby. There are different options including more gentle yoga, abdominal exercises, deep relaxation and strengthening yoga. You should practice more gently for the first few months after having a baby and then progress to the more advanced, stronger sections after a few months.
