The day after a storm, Zou is at the beach with Elzee, where they find a lot of pieces of wood. Could they be something to do with a shipwreck?

Zou is doing a school project on camouflage. With Grandpa's help, he learns a lot about the different ways animals and insects camouflage themselves.

When Zou discovers a dinosaur egg in the park, he takes it home in the hope it will hatch.

Grandpa takes Zou and Elzee to do some kayaking at the beach. But upon arrival, they find the kayaks for rental are being serviced.

When Poc finds something of interest in a tree in the park, Grandpa helps Zou to see up high with the help of a home-made periscope. And, having made the periscope, what else would a young zebra need but a home-made submarine!

Zou is making a tapestry in Art Class. Zena suggests making it more interesting by adding beads.

When Zou finds a 'Zebra Book of Records' he decides to become a record breaker. But all his attempts come to naught - until he discovers that he already holds a record: that of being the little zebra with the best family in the world.

Zinnia and her mum and Dad are going to the beach to play - and to swim. Would Zou like to join them? Zou seems strangely reluctant and Zinnia goes without him. Grandpa discovers that Zou doesn't want to go to the beach because he can't swim. So Grandpa teaches him.

Zou discovers a rare brain coral at the beach, which gives him the idea of starting a museum.

When Zou and Grandpa discover some old picture frames while tidying up Nanna's flat for her, they are about to throw them away - until they decide to renovate them instead.

Zou is reading an exciting mystery story. Trouble is the last page is missing. Zou's hunt for the author reveals a very unlikely writer indeed.

Zigmund and Zoroaster have set the children a project: to make something that reminds them of their family. Zou decides to make a copy of an old puppet belonging to Grandpa.

Mum is having a washing machine delivered and can't play with Zou. And the park is closed. And so is the Sports Hall. And his friends are all otherwise engaged. What's a zebra to do? Well, have fun with a great big cardboard box that arrives with the washing machine of course.

Zou and his friends are at the beach, where they are having an art class. Zou doesn't know what to paint - and he is being constantly harassed by a hungry magpie, which isn't helping his concentration.

Uncle Zavier is holding an exhibition at Zebroutique. When a painting Zou is doing under the watchful eye of Zena blows away, Zavier discovers it - and hails it as a masterpiece.

Zou receives a letter from a secret admirer, who praises one of his paintings. Who can this mystery person be? A detective hunt reveals the identity.

Zavier and Zelda are going on a ski-ing holiday with Zinnia. But on the morning of their departure, they find themselves snowed in. Zou and Grandpa to the rescue with their home-made snow plough.

Mum's boss is coming to dinner. She's an art aficionado, so Zou decides to decorate the garden in her honour. He and Elzee get a little slap-dash in their decorating, with the result that the garden looks more like a rubbish tip than a piece of art.

Zou has been set another project by his school. He decides to do some research into yawns. Unfortunately, no-one seems to be tired and yawns are thin on the ground. But at last a yawn occurs and Zou makes the discovery that yawning is contagious. Very contagious.

Mr. Zoey and Zak haven't been on holiday together for ages. Zou offers to step in and look after the shop form Mr. Zoey. Things are going very well until Grandpa's phone, with its new ringtone, goes missing - and startles Uncle Zavier almost out of his black and white striped skin.

Nanna's friend is coming for a visit; Zou thinks it would be a wonderful idea to make her a 'Memory Book' - a book full of photos and mementos of her younger days.

Zou has been watching Zowie at the beach. He'd like to be a lifeguard too, he thinks. But being a lifeguard doesn't turn out to be quite as interesting as he hoped - until he manages to save a fish from a sandcastle built by Zak.

Nanna's favourite TV programme 'Wheel of Questions' has been replaced by a much less interesting show. Zou decides to cheer his Nanna up by recreating the show in his living room.

When Zou and Zak hear strange noises in the house, they are convinced it is haunted. With a little help from Grandpa and Elzee, the "ghosts" are tracked down, but not before an exciting ghostbusting mission has led them round several wrong turnings.

Another project set by his school has required Zou to do something on 'The Wind'. But what to make? In the end, he creates a bicycle powered fan, which is much appreciated by everyone: it's a very hot day!
