Chinna (Gopichand) is a fun loving village man. He moves to the city to pursue higher studies. Maheshwari (Kamna Jethmalani) is the sister of a local don Bhagavati (Biju Menon), who is malicious by nature. Chinna crosses paths Bhagavathi & his gang and lands in weird situtaions.
