Hollywood Exes welcome a new member, Shanna Moakler, to the sisterhood as they gather for a brunch at Nicole's house. Drea arrives with an unexpected surprise but the event turns sour when Mayte suddenly erupts and storms out.

Drea brings the women together for dinner in hopes that Mayte and Nicole can bury the hatchet. Unfortunately, a stubborn Mayte digs in her heels and offends both Sheree and Drea in the process.

Tony is suspicious about Drea's fiancé and when Shanna throws a poker party at her home, Tony seizes the opportunity to air his grievances. Things get hot and heavy as both Mayte and Jessica have new men in their lives.

At Drea's birthday party, the women grill her about getting a pre-nup, causing Drea to meltdown and Brian to explode. Shanna shares her private text messages from Jessica, which threaten to tear the sisterhood apart.

In the wake of Shanna's bombshell, the women decide to sit Jessica down and give her a chance to explain. Meanwhile, Mayte is concerned about her ability to have more children and Drea comes to a heartbreaking realization.

Nicole wants all the women to join her on a trip to Hawaii but Drea and Shamicka refuse to go if Jessica is invited. Shanna checks in with a therapist to work through her fear of flying.

While Drea, Shamicka and Shanna are thrilled to be in Hawaii without Jessica, her absence isn't sitting right with Nicole. Mayte admits her relationship is in trouble and a game of Truth or Dare brings up Drea's painful past.

The week of Drea's wedding has arrived and a sudden appearance by Jessica has everyone reeling. Meanwhile, Sheree makes a startling confession to Terrell, and Mayte and Humberto finally come to a decision about their future.
