The FBI has launched an investigation into Hip Hop record labels using drug money to promote their artists. Strike Money who's at the head of the list, is in foreign waters when he enters into a deal with Jason Maserati who's looking to extort his label by having them sign over their masters forcefully, with plans on killing the artist on the label to collect the insurance policy.
