At the core of 2nd Half is the untold true story of Anuradha, a police constable who is assigned with the job of CCTV operation. During the course of her work, she develops a bond with the personalities who appear in the CCTV and soon finds herself caught between solving a case and exposing a corrupt cop who ignores all her allegations.
