U.S. Marshal Stallings, infiltrates an army of outlaws and guns-for-hire that has been assembled by a power-hungry banker by the name of Scarsdale. Scarsdale's men have been terrorizing the countryside and forcing entire towns to evacuate so that he can have the land he wants for the new rail line he is financing.
