Nathalie, a gendarme in Lyon, is divorced and the mother of a teenager who sometimes gives her a hard time. Lonely, she starts an affair with Viktor, the father of one of her son's friends. But one day, during a control of undocumented immigrants on a building site, Nathalie recognizes Viktor. She is gradually drawn into the world of illegality.
