We start with Burpee Lunges or Squat and Press -- in this Bootcamp you will be choosing between Cardio and Stength in between every single move. Don't do what I'm doing! High Knees are the biggest fat burner we can do for your cardio, but you can also swap these with Mountain Climbers. It's 24 minutes of a full body burn, with Active Rests for the first half but then for the second half, every single move is different. This way you get a workout on specific areas (your core) for the beginning, and the then you work diverse muscle groups in the second session. You will love it.
