Alaska Gold Diggers

In an effort to reopen the family gold mines, Sarajane Bartholomae and her daughters pool their savings and head to their land in Alaska. The women begin work with a grizzled crew of miners in the hopes of striking it rich.

As severe weather hits Gold Run, tempers erupt and trust issues arise between the women and their miners. If there is any hope of a successful mining operation, the team must confront their problems head on.

After Sarajane makes a startling discovery in her father's old safe, the women leave immediately for their other gold mine in Fairbanks to assemble yet another team of miners.

Following their success in Fairbanks, the women return to Gold Run, where a power struggle erupts between Sarajane and John over mining locations. With the season's end looming around the corner, pressure mounts to find gold.

The team celebrates a good pay streak at Gold Run, only to be forced to evacuate due to approaching storms. Sarajane and her daughters resort to desperate measures to ensure all their efforts will be worthwhile.

The team races to find gold before the end of the season in Fairbanks. Plummeting temperatures slow their work and threaten the equipment, and it's not clear if they will mine enough gold to make it worth returning next year.
