Meanwhile, Carrie struggles with the script for a podcast ad, Charlotte goes on a hunt to retrieve Lily's designer clothing from an online reseller, and Miranda leans on the kindness of surfers after losing her phone at the beach.

When her audiobook taping reaches an emotional chapter, Carrie finds a spur of the moment excuse to bail. As Charlotte and Lisa try to get their hands on the "MILF" list that's circulating around their kids' school, Miranda looks for a way to connect with herself.

After running into her old boss and mentor, Carrie balks at her offer for a column in a new online magazine for seniors. With their kids off at summer camp, Charlotte, Harry, Lisa, and Herbert each celebrate in their own unique ways.
