The generation which suffered violence by Khmer Rouge chose silence to deal with it. This has led to a lack of knowledge for the youth about the country's bloody past making them vulnerable to repeat the history. The film explores whether this is a possibility as it covers the youth agitations who seek a standard of living they see outside.
