Arya(AlluArjun) and Ajay(Navdeep) are childhood friend and both of them leads the life of an orphan. One day a rich couple adopts Ajay. Ajay grows as a rich guy and later he starts a software company. Arya joins his company as an employee.Geetha(Kajal) is the new employee of the company. Both Arya and Ajay falls in love with Geetha. Whom does Geetha choose as her lover forms the rest of the story.
