During the Second World War an Australian elite unit called Z Special Unit is being sent out to an island occupied by Japan in the South Pacific. They are tasked with finding the passengers of a plane that wrecked, because among them is a Japanese government official who was looking to defect and is believed to hold a secret that could end the war.
