Festive children's feature in which Beethoven the dog is charged with saving Christmas. The magical day is rapidly approaching but millions of children face disappointment after an accident involving a Christmas elf and Santa's sleigh. The elf inadvertently took off in the sleigh and, unable to control it, crashed into a small town.
