Hoshimiya Eiji receives orders from Kunou Mari, the Ninth Hand of Dazaifu Government Office's Group of Ten, to invade Yamaguchi and conquer it for themselves. While he makes it into Yamaguchi with Kurenai Rin, he falls into danger partway through. Saving Eiji and Rin is the Group of Ten's Fourth Hand, Iyo. Then she reveals their secrets.

The operation to capture Yamaguchi heats up as Hoshimiya Eiji learns it's all a ploy to turn him into a moving target for tactical nuke strikes. As the nuke draws closer, Eiji is forced to fight against all the hatred turned towards him as he struggles to save Yamaguchi from the nuke all by himself.

After stopping the nuclear missile, Hoshimiya Eiji has a moment to rest, but then Franc awakens his sister Sena! While the others gather information on the Order who can help cure Sena, Eiji and Rin head out to claim Hiroshima as his domain, but while they're enjoying themselves a mysterious new force appears! What's happening to Rin?!

DAISY informs Hoshimiya Eiji that the one Hiiragi Yoshitsune and the Dazaifu Government Office are fighting against is his father, Hoshimiya Gennai. Overtaken by shock, Eiji quickly refutes her, saying his father died in the Great Destruction, but...

Shirabyoushi Kuroko, their chance at saving Sena's life is murdered. While Eiji is at a loss for options, Hiiragi orders him to withdraw to Dazaifu. When Eiji refuses to accept it, Hiiragi corners him. But then DAISY appears, connecting a line to Rin.

UNIGM Public Safety Division Vice Director, Hoshimiya Gennai makes his move. Franc kidnaps Hoshimiya Sena from Dazaifu and tries to trade her for a deal with Gennai. Meanwhile, Hiiragi Yoshitsune predicts that Gennai's objective is to cause another Great Destruction, so he takes measures to keep Hoshimiya Eiji from seeing him.

UNIGM Public Safety Division Vice Director Hoshimiya Gennai enters his facility in Heijoukyou, Nara to finally open the Gate to the other world. Hiiragi Yoshitsune and Dazaifu's Group of Ten surround the facility and commence their attack in order to put a stop to Gennai's scheme. Meanwhile, Hoshimiya Eiji has trouble hiding his hesitations toward Iyo's feelings for him.
