Fire investigator Sean McCaffrey, son of the late Steven "Bull" McCaffrey, works at the same Chicago firehouse along with his uncle Brian. When Sean is assigned to investigate a deadly fire, he and his partner Maggie uncover clues that lead them down a treacherous path of murder and international terrorism in a race to stop the arsonists from accomplishing their devious plans.
