Saudamini decides to end her ruse of being blind as soon as Bondita leaves home. Benoy tells her she has to continue or Anirudhha will suspect her.

Aniruddha sticks by his decision to have Bondita sent away but he sees her in every corner of the house and misses her.

Benoy and Saudamini's father try to manipulate Anirudhha into marrying Saudamini. Meanwhile, Sumati and the entire village find out that Anirudhha has disowned Bondita.

Aniruddha's refusal to marry Saudamini puts a wrench in her plans. Meanwhile, Bondita's aunt ensures that Bondita is humiliated for being left by her husband.

Saudamini decides to drug Anirudhha and keep him in her room overnight to coerce him into marrying her. Bondita begins to realize what it means to be left by her husband.

Saudamini's father gathers the local people, spreading the news that Anirudhha spent the night in Saudamini's room, to create peer pressure and force Anirudhha into marrying Saudamini.

The villagers tie up Bondita and throw cow dung and rotten vegetables at her because that is what they feel a woman whose husband has left her deserves, Anirudhha misses Bondita.

Saudamini's conspiracy forces even Trilochan to tell Anirudhha to marry Saudamini. Anirudhha is forced to agree.

Bondita's aunt conspires to sell her off without anyone knowing. Meanwhile, the villagers set fire to their hut with Bondita's mother inside.

Anirudhha's wedding rituals with Saudamini are interrupted by the unlikeliest of people. Aniruddha begins to realize what a huge mistake he was about to make.

On one hand ANirudhha realizes what a grave mistake he has made by sending Bondita away, but he also cannot leave Saudamini at this juncture on the brink of their engagement. What will Anirudhhha do?

Aniruddha decides to not go ahead with his engagement to Saudamini and bring Bondita back home. Meanwhile, Bondita's aunt sells her off and convinces Bondita she is off to meet Gandhiji. Will Aniruddha get to her in time?

Anirudhha reaches Bondita's village but is told that she has ran away under extreme public humiliation. Sumati doesn't believe this, but she blames Aniruddha for Bondita's plight and refuses to forgive him.

Anirudhha swears to Sumati that he will not return home till he gets Bondita back. He chases after the man he suspects took Bondita but misses them at the station. Bondita reaches her destination, not Gandhiji but at Tara Bai's mansion.

While Bondita gets caught more and more in Tara Bai's web of deceit and lies, Anirudhha keeps looking for her relentlessly.

Tarabai realizes that the man Rasiya is speaking of is Bondita's husband and that he will come looking for her. She instructs her goon to ensure Rasiya doesn't see Bondita.

Anirudhha is at his wit's end on how to go about finding Bondita, when an overheard conversation gives him a clue as to where he might find her. Aniruddha gets closer to finding Bondita.

Anirudhha realizes that Rasiya Bai, who felt so strongly about him leaving Bondita, would be able to help him find her. But Rasiya refuses to believe Anirudhha has come looking for Bondita. Will Anirudhha be able to convince her?

Rasiya fails to find Bondita and thinks Anirudhha is mistaken in thinking she is here. Meanwhile, Bondita finds out about Anirudhha and Saudamini''s wedding and is heartbroken.

Bondita realizes she is being lied to, when she is told Hasina has been sent home and later finds her tied up in a room. Saudamini tries to convince Anirudhha to give up searching for Bondita.

Bondita fakes a fire at Tara Bai's Sheeshmahal, to steal the keys from her. SHe then uses it to set Hasina free. Rasiya realizes Bondita is there, while Anirudhha searches like a mad man for Bondita.

Bondita escapes with Hasina from Sheeshmahal, but Bondita gets trapped and forces Hasina to leave. Saudamini sees Bondita and ignores her. Bondita also spots her and pursues her, but she is captured again.

Anirudhha gets the signal from Rasiya that Bondita is at Sheeshmahal. He barges in to get her, but is beaten and stabbed by Tara bai and thrown into the streets.

Bondita tries to escape to help Anirudhha but is recaptured. Anirudhha's body is taken away. Trilochan finds out that Anirudhha is dead. Meanwhile, Saurav saves Anirudhha.
