Logan decides to write and direct a low-budget action flick at the beach using a drugged shark as the villain, but things get out of hand when they realize the shark has not been properly sedated.

When Mitch Judges the Miss Malibu Beach Bikini Contest, his willpower is tested by two beautiful contestants who will do anything to get his vote. Later, after almost losing a victim, Cody designs the "Windjet," an innovative, new lifesaving boat.

CJ befriends Max, an eccentric fixture on the beach who says he was once a famous Hollywood Costume designer. When he dies suddenly, CJ learns he left her $4 million in his will. Meanwhile, Manny moves to Malibu and joins the junior lifeguards.

Mitch is "bought" for $5,000 by a wealthy socialite at the Baywatch Lifeguard Bachelor Auction. Things get complicated when they get stranded on an island together. Meanwhile, Cody joins a local roller hockey team.

It's a heat wave! Hundreds of thousands of sweltering people head to the beach and chaos ensues. Things are only made worse when the Secret Service shows up and inform the lifeguards that the President is going on a beachside jog.

Mitch hires MTV DJ Jenny McCarthy to throw "Beachblast:" a live televised tournament to sponsor the Special Olympics at the beach. Meanwhile, Cody moves in with C.J. and Caroline after being evicted from his apartment.

A huge pier fire traps fishermen and tourists alike in a potentially deadly situation causing a joint rescue effort by the lifeguards and the fire department, leading them to form a joint elite Search and Rescue Unit.

Donna and Caroline co-operate with a local environmental agent after a recent rainstorm washes inland pollutants into the waters off Santa Monica. Meanwhile, Mitch falls ill after he unknowing swims over drums of toxic chemicals.

Mitch has been chosen a Flash Magazine's Bachelor of the Month, but during the photo shoot someone is stung by a Man-of-War. Meanwhile, Stephanie is making wedding plans, but her sister keeps getting in the way.

While testing new equipment, the team witness an Air Force jet crash. They rescue the pilot, who tells them that his plane has a canister filled with a deadly Chorea virus. Meanwhile, Cody, CJ and Newman are called to shut down an illegal nude beach.

CJ and Cody transport an injured sea lion to the animal recovery facility at Sea World. While there, Samantha gets the idea to promote lifeguarding by planning a Baywatch-theme stunt show at Sea World.
