In Progress, the capital city of the Gloria Kingdom, the king's loyal subjects Big Serow and Leoppermint are in search of their lord. Meanwhile, a hooded man arrives in a rural town in the southern part of the kingdom. It appears he is observing how the people there live. It seems that someone is misusing a Godlot and distributing counterfeit gems.

Bad news reaches Liogre while he is tending to his royal duties. A transport ship for the royal navy has been attacked by the pirates from the Death Heart Gang: an elusive group of pirates known to terrorize the waters of the Jyeel Sea.

Liogre boasts absolute power. Prince Ogre admires his father greatly. Upon hearing that there is only one person in the kingdom that can go toe-to-toe with his father, he becomes interested in finding out who it is. Meanwhile, several units in the royal army have been attacked. According to Koalem's accounts, the culprits are bandits calling themselves the Crimson Hoof Gang.

Liogre ruminates on the recent unrest within his kingdom, worrying that he may have failed to rule his people justly. His advisers attempt to reassure him, without success, that he is over-analyzing the situation. Meanwhile, Zebrax teaches Ogre about the Godlots. Godlots: A mysterious source of infinite energy. The Gloria Kingdom possesses the Fire Godlot.

Wonderiever the army medic is tending to the wounds of the devastated transport division, however, there are too many casualties to immediately send the injured back to the capital. An unexpected gesture of kindness presents itself as the Sky Priests of the Soara Kingdom offer to help transport the injured. Meanwhile, Liogre and Golda's intense battle begins.

Upon gaining the power of the Fire Godlot, Golda is convinced he has defeated Liogre, but Liogre somehow survives. With his royal resolve to protect his people, Liogre manages to withstand the power of the Godlot. With bystanders transfixed and even Golda in awe of his own resolve, the power of the Godlot is used again to defeat Liogre, when suddenly the Godlot's flames envelope him.

The Death Heart Gang makes their move to obtain all three parts of the Water Godlot. Mantaray and Billsword assault Thin Shingles Palace, which holds the Bottom Part of the Water Godlot, but the mercenary Cyrus stands in their way. Billsword challenges Cyrus to a Beast Fight while Mantaray marches ahead to face Ardile.

The pirate gang continues to elude the Gloria Kingdom Army. Even with the Special Intelligence and High-Speed Vehicle Divisions standing watch around the clock, the pirate gang was able to infiltrate their defenses. Hearing this news, Liogre moves out to Fang Lock Fortress to protect his subjects, but the injuries he sustained in his battle with Golda were still not healed.

Garrison G and the Heavy Assault Division meet to fight the Death Heart Gang led by Billsword, but the with pirates gaining the upper hand, the Heavy Assault Division fights a losing battle. Hearing the news, Ogre ignores the warnings and heads towards the town where he faces against a swarm of Agors. Ogre puts himself in danger when he uses all of his Sycholot Energy.

The pirates were trying to steal the Head Part of the Fire Godlot. They defeated Rhinus who stood against them, and all that was left was to carry the Fire Godlot out with them. They used a special potion created by the deep ocean magician Salmomancer that made it possible for them to touch the Fire Godlot.

Disregarding the serious injuries he's sustained, Liogre escapes from the hospital. He was at the vault that once held the Fire Godlot, lamenting previous events. He blames himself for not protecting his people and inadvertently allowing the Fire Godlot to be stolen. In his eyes, he failed as a king.

Three nights after the Death Heart Gang attacked Progress, a full moon now fills the sky. The pirates perform a ritual at their headquarters to invoke the Mega Tempest. The Water Godlot grants Killer Shark the power that he seeks. The power of the Godlot put inside Killer Shark emerged as three pillars of light and was unleashed into the sea.

Liogre and the Gloria Kingdom Army were barely able to defeat one of the giant water dragons but are shocked to discover that two more remain. Suddenly, Captain Eagle and the Band of Wind Warriors appear to lend a helping hand, taking on the task of defeating one of the remaining two dragons.

The Gloria Kingdom was devastated by the water dragons and its soldiers and the Band of Wind Warriors come together to help with rescue efforts. Meanwhile, Liogre and a small team take Turrock's submarine, the Bekko Maru, to infiltrate Dead Rock, the headquarters of the Death-Heart Gang. They had one goal: to recover the stolen Fire Godlot! Drunk from victory, the pirates' security is lax.

In Dead Rock, the three shark brothers were each engaged in a deadly fight. Rhinus takes on the youngest: Power Shark. Rhinus is one of the strongest beasts in the Gloria Kingdom Army, but Power Shark is even stronger, proving to be a difficult fight for Rhinus. Meanwhile, Mantaray and Billsword take on the middle brother, Caesar Shark.

Liogre and Killer Shark face off. Killer Shark's relentless attacks have put Liogre on the defensive, but the Fire Godlot answers Liogre's strong will to protect his friends and people, granting him great power. Liogre takes in the energy from the three Fire Godlots, and is surrounded by its divine aura. The beast that has been chosen by the Godlot will become the true champion!

After patrolling all throughout Gloria Kingdom to help with the reconstruction efforts, the High-Speed Vehicle Division returns to Progress. Liogre is satisfied to hear from Zebrax that reconstruction efforts are progressing nicely, but Ogre alludes that the most important thing to help Gloria Kingdom's future has not returned. Missed were the smiles of the people.

Reconstruction is progressing well in Gloria Kingdom, but Soara Kingdom's Priestess Swan Exceed senses that an invisible dark power is behind the rampant bandit activities, Golda's rebellion and the Death Heart Gang attack.

Chitan Burton discovers that the High-Speed Vehicle Division is on their way to arrest him. He hires Wolfen, a skilled gunman who is only interested in fighting Liogre and shows no interest in facing the High-Speed Vehicle Division soldiers. Having heard about Wolfen from Long Giraffe, Zebrax attempts to capture Wolfen out of fear for Liogre but finds the tables turned.

Liogre receives an invitation to the Soara Kingdom. Wanting to thank Captain Eagle for his support against the pirates and reconstruction efforts, Liogre heads to Soara Kingdom on a flying ship, but the Band of Sky Priests have another agenda behind the invitation.

Turrock and Ryukotsumaru fend off Ardile's assault against the Dragon Palace Kingdom. Princess Otohime grabs her sword to help resist the attack, but Ardile's forces prove too strong. Captain Eagle arrives to save the day just in the nick of time, and it appears that they successfully thwarted Ardile's attack, but Pagora had given Ardile a secret weapon.

Liogre discovers Pagora's plan to revive the Dark Cloud God via Owl Mighty's research. The three priests Pagora, Paradine and Gunba rejoice as one of the seals containing the Dark Cloud God is broken. The lights from the second and third sealing stones go out as they continue their task, and the three Wind Godlots begin to unhinge.

Liogre sends Zebrax and Leoppermint to help evacuate the people of Soara Kingdom, while Liogre heads to the cathedral to stop Pagora from reviving Death Condor. Big Serow, Ogre, Captain Eagle, Falcan and Bammet accompany him. Preparing for the worst, Owl Mighty heads to Swan Exceed in case Death Condor is revived.

Death Condor breaks free from the last seal stones containing him. He eradicates Pagora instantly along with those who helped revive him, proclaiming that he will destroy the world. The Dark God begins by destroying a city in the Soara Kingdom with a concentrated beam of dark energy and creates clones of himself to scatter throughout Planet Beast.
