Below Deck Down Under

Captain Jason Chambers introduces a world of underwater adventure to charter guests along the world-famous Great Barrier Reef in Australia; while first-time bosun Jamie faces some initial challenges, new chief stew Aesha clashes with an ornery chef.

Aesha and Ryan's opposing views on service are tested during an explosive lunch. Brittini stands up for herself on deck, and Benny takes issue working in the anchor locker. Captain Jason introduces a most improved award.

Benny struggles to stay motivated on deck, while Jamie tries to keep his team in line. Ryan and Aesha's galley communication comes to a head when the guests aren't ready for service.

The crew gets in hot water with Captain Jason. Magda struggles in the laundry. A pirate-themed party challenges Culver to earn his title of 'Entertainment Officer.'

The crew unravels as demanding charter guests push them to their limits. Jamie and Tumi disagree over Culver's actions. In an attempt to keep Captain Jason happy, Jamie tries to take control of his deck team.

Magda surprises the guests by putting on a show. Aesha learns that being a barista isn't easy. Ryan struggles to accommodate the guests' demands. An extra tip leaves Brittini in tears.

Aesha gives Magda a second chance at service. Safety issues come to a head between Captain Jason and Jamie, but when Jamie doesn't agree with the captain's orders, he tries to get the deck team on his side.

The Thalassa crew hosts a prom night for the charter guests after their first adventure to the Great Barrier Reef. Ryan feels left out from the crew's activities. Magda has a hard time pulling her weight.

Magda oversteps her boundaries with Aesha. Captain Jason's colleague charters Motor Yacht Thalassa for a bachelor party. Ryan resists the guests' food requests and must face the consequences with Captain Jason.

The crew enjoys a day off on an Australian crocodile safari. Captain Jason finds shocking unfinished business left on the boat. Tumi comes to Aesha's defense when Ryan and Magda talk behind her back.

Jamie puts Brittini on the night shift after Benny doesn't pull his weight. Aesha confronts Magda and Ryan for talking behind her back. Jamie is at his wit's end with Benny's behavior and wants him fired.

Jason's investigation of the deck team presents him with a difficult decision. Magda finds herself in hot water when she gets caught on the phone again. Charter guests request a holiday party.

Jamie gets upset with his fellow crew members for name-calling. Captain Jason wants the boat to keep improving, but when the crew members fail to take his demands seriously, they find out the hard way.

With Thalassa in turmoil, Captain Jason tries to find his footing with his new team. Aesha struggles to keep the interior on the same page. When dinner service goes awry, Jason questions his decisions.

The new crew finally finds its footing, while Captain Jason starts to notice Jamie is having a hard time managing Culver. Culver gets too close to a charter guest on a night out and Brittini picks up the pieces.

Aesha finds her experienced new stew may have some learning to do in laundry; Captain Jason continues to notice Culver’s lack of initiative; Brittini calls out a double standard when she notices Jamie and Culver flirting with charter guests.
