The story is all about the tug of war between two underworld gangs trying to outsmart each other. Raghuvaran's group is bigger and more powerful, while Prakashraj's group is struggling to gain strength. Vikram's entry adds new life to Prakashraj's gang. The gangs are targeted by the new police commissioner (Ashish Vidyarthi) and the three pronged hunting begins.
