In this video series I will show step by stop how to bake an Alaskan Sourdough Bread. Alaskan Sourdough often contained milk. However, you can use milk substitutes or plain water if you wish. Without the milk or a milk substitute containing fats, the bread interior will not be as soft. In bakery terms, the crumb, is the interior.
