Chrono Shindou and the rest of Team TRY3 teach a beautiful girl, Yumizuki Luna, how to play Vanguard at Card Capital #2. Just then, a broadcast is made by the Vanguard Promotion Association announcing the start of their big event, the G Quest!

Team TRY3 enters the first G Quest at Magallanica Branch, a team tournament that they easily dominate 'til the end, when a specially-formed Aqua Force team shows up to sink them.

As the three simultaneous fights between Team TRY3 and Special Aqua Force continue, powerful new cards debut and Chrono holds his own against Leon Soryu until the legendary leader announces that the wind will blow five times!

A mysterious boy, Ace, manipulates Shion's uncle and engineers a hostile takeover of the Kiba family business. The stakes are higher than ever as Shion fights Ace with the fate of the Kiba family on the line, not realizing that he stepped into a trap.

The TRY3 members help the Vanguard idol duo Rummy Labyrinth get ready for a performance. Novice idol and Vanguard fighter Luna wants to become friends with her strict, more experienced partner, Am, but seems to keep screwing up at every turn.

One stormy night, a haunted, dejected Shion runs into Kai. They have a series of fights in a nearby laundromat even as Shion fights his inner demons. Will the outcome be any help in the Dragon Empire Branch's G Quest treasure hunt?

As the Dragon Empire Branch G Quest continues, both Tokoha and Chrono find themselves in "jail" and only Shion can get them out... by defeating the "guardian", Miwa! And he'd better do it fast because time is running out...

Shion is searching for Ace, the boy who stole his family's fortune. Chrono is focusing on getting stronger for a G Quest victory. But Tokoha feels left behind and without a goal. She lends a hand at Card Capital, which is mobbed with people waiting for the tournament to start, and has a talk (and a fight) with Misaki, who's been in the same position before.

Team TRY3 competes against Naoki, Shingo, and many others as part of Zoo Branch's Quest. Only one person can battle the mystery fighter from another country, but first all the teams compete in a Vanguard cooking contest.

Continuing from last week's quest, TRY3 has to make it past various enemies and obstacles in a recreation of the Megacolony criminal empire before they get a chance to win back their championship medals from this week's "guest boss!"

After Kamui takes Chrono and the boys to a neighborhood bathhouse for some "special training," a heated battle ensues between them. Also, Chrono learns that everything he's ever heard about the planet Cray and its inhabitants is real!

Team TRY3 goes to the Stargate Branch for the latest G Quest, but find it sparsely attended because it's just too difficult. The quest: to beat either Toshiki Kai or Kouji Ibuki. TRY3 gets its first of two chances as Shion fights his recent, onetime mentor, Kai!

During the second half of their fight, Chrono and Ibuki get fed up with each other. Ibuki accuses Chrono of not improving since their last match, while Chrono is sick of Ibuki's behind-the-scenes machinations. Can the two reach an accord and a satisfying ending to the fight?

Shin holds a shop tournament at the original Card Capital, which brings together a mix of old favorites and newer characters. Does Chrono stand a chance against the fighter who taught Kamui everything he knows?

Chrono has decided to take on Ryuzu Myoujin, but Shin is worried that Chrono may share the same fate as his father, so tests his resolve with Mikuru looking on. As Chrono fights Shin, he has to resolve a crucial question: Which will he protect, Vanguard or his only family, Aunt Mikuru?

Luna wants to get closer to her Rummy Labyrinth idol partner, but Am seems distant and even depressed lately. When Luna goes to Tokoha and Kumi for advice, they end up running into Am and one silly argument later, Tokoha and Am are having a Vanguard showdown. Will this unofficial "girls' meet" end with breakup or a bond?

After getting stronger through the G Quest, Shion lures Ace out for a fight. Will he be able to regain the Kiba family fortune through a win?

TRY3 participates in the G Quest at the all-new United Sanctuary Branch, which is now run by Ren, Tetsu, and Asuka {Asaka}. In the end, the members of TRY3 are pitted against Team AL4 {Asteroid's Team AL4} in a new twist on a "relay match."

The new version of a team fight, Relation Vanguard, continues with Chrono up against Ren and several powerful new cards. Meanwhile, Myoujin continues plotting behind the scenes to force creatures from Cray into captivity on Earth.

While Kamui tries tracking down Ryuzu Myoujin at a seemingly abandoned Association facility, he runs into Mamoru, Trinity Dragon... and the operator of a dangerous high-tech security system.

Team TRY3 enter the final G Quest, sponsored by Dark Zone Branch, but it may be the hardest one yet as hundreds of opponents try to stop them from going undefeated in a haunted house-themed labyrinth!

The members of TRY3 try to relax and prepare for their fight against the mystery "dream team" the next day, while Ren and company work behind the scenes to track down Ryuzu Myoujin before he can summon the final unit from Cray.

The first match of the ultimate stage pits Tokoha versus Misaki of the legendary Q4! If Tokoha loses, TRY3 won't have the chance to help take down Ryuzu Myoujin, but does she even have a chance against Misaki's incredible memory?

The second match of the ultimate stage is between Shion and Kai. The formerly wealthy upstart has lost to the old pro time and time again, but never has so much been hanging in the balance!
