As graduation approaches, Dr. Drew and his staff check in with the patients to discuss their aftercare plans and the patients pay an emotional visit to a family that has been destroyed by drugs.

At the graduation ceremony, Dr. Drew speaks to everyone and their loved ones to congratulate them for successfully completing treatment.

Dr. Drew reunites several of his celebrity rehab patients to find out what happened after they left treatment.
