Mumei is confined in a classroom full of traps. Trying to escape along with his comrades, they set off the traps and are sent to another world.A strange old man was waiting there. Snow? In the classroom? Mumei and Koui face a new test and attempt not to freeze to death. A mysterious examiner awakens from his 10,000 year slumber to whip these cheating students into shape. However, things take an unexpected turn when Mumei's crush, Ryuu Haku, is accused of cheating. Will Mumei be able to clear her name and win her favor?

The testing continues even at 32,000 feet. Mumei and his classmates are especially challenged when their plane begins to experience mysterious turbulence. Meanwhile, while on an outing with his classmate, Haku, Mumei encounters a new rival. Who is this young man and why does he know so much about pens?

Mumei and the others are thrilled with a sudden pool day. However, their joy turns to horror when shadowy figures appear in the water. Sharks with plans of world domination? How can this be? With no possible escape, how will Mumei and the others cheat their way out of this new challenging test?

Another test challenge on an aircraft carrier takes an unexpected turn when Mumei is led to an uninhabited island by a mysterious woman. Forced to face his past Mumei is confronted by the dark and bloodied history of the Shokatsu Technique. What fate will befall our hero and his partner? And what does all this mean for innocently imprisoned father? The trap has been set.

The mysterious figure continues to taunt Mumei, challenging him to a duel to prove the ultimate power of the Shokatsu Technique. What does this man know about Shokatsu Technique and how might it help Mumei? The lives of Koui and Mumei's father hangs in the balance as Mumei makes his way to the top of the tower for a showdown with destiny. But why is there a sauna?!

Jun is left aimlessly wandering in the jungle in search of the testing area. Meanwhile, the rest of his classmates are facing a potentially watery end over a spectacular waterfall if they cannot answer the questions correctly in time. Mumei takes this opportunity to have a rematch with Shuu and to show the true might of the Shokatsu Technique!

A test doesn't just assess your ability to answer complicated math or science problems, sometimes it's about how you present yourself. Koui finds out the hard way that not all tests are in the classroom. Her classmate, Anri, decides her friend needs some much needed "girl time" with Miss Ou but will it really be that simple?

At long last, the end of the first semester has come, but that just means an even greater challenge: final exams. Things take a strange turn when it appears there is no examiner. Is this a trick to get the C-type students to let their guard down? But a shadowy figure appears with a familiar voice.

It's too soon to celebrate summer vacation for Mumei and his classmates. Something seems off about Miss Ou. With the moon creeping ever closer, Mumei learns that even his Shokatsu Technique isn't invincible. With the Earth and Haku's life on the line, one final test will put Mumei and the others through the ringer. Is there really anything the Shokatsu Technique can't solve?
