Our filmmakers set out to find the most important part of any pulp film - a heroine who’s up for ‘bold’ scenes.

Lights, Camera, Low-budget Action - our four directors arrive on set to start shooting their films just as the King of Cult Cinema, Kanti Shah, shows up to tell us the secret history of pulp cinema.

The cameras keep rolling and the drama keeps unfolding - as each shoot draws to a close, we learn the dark, ‘hardcore’ secrets of the pulp movie world.

The films are in the can and the magic is fading – all that remains is our filmmakers looking back at their careers and actions, and thinking of what could have been.

For the first time in their careers our filmmakers attend a red carpet premiere for their films, with some of the biggest names in pulp cinema in attendance, and even a guest appearance by Arjun Kapoor.
