City Hunter

Jin-pyo is now a ruthless drug lord living in the Golden Triangle with a secret past who raises Yoon-sung to be a skilled soldier. Jin-pyo tells Yoon-sung the true story of his past and Yoon-sung vows to exact revenge on the five men involved in the killing of his father.

Yoon-sung is living in Seoul with a new identity where he meets Nana and both find out they are assigned to guard the President’s daughter, who is a handful. Yoon-sung and Nana get to know each other and Yoon-sung is given the first target for revenge, Senator Lee.

After filling out all the necessary paperwork, Yoon Sung manages to get a hold of the document from the government subsides program that ensures poor familes get meals. Yoon Sung is trying to keep a low and unlikely profile while he plans he works on his plot for revenge.

The former two Presidential Security Service bodyguards, Yoon Sung and Jin Pyo are in deep conflict with each other. They can't agree on how to punish the five criminals. Jin Pyo makes the suggstion that he who finds the next subject shall decide how to take the long awaited revenge.

Authorities are hot on Jin Pyo's tail. They amp up security and try to catch him in the elevator where he has no escape. Will he be able to escape?

Nana yells at Young-Sang because he bought her house. She ends up living with him. Prosecutor Young-Ju discovers Lee Kyeong-Wan and Seo Yeoung-Hak were longtime friends. Both Young-Ju and Young-Sang discover more of Seo Young-Hak's evil plans. Nana and Young-Ju finds Young-Sang with Sa Hee in a hotel room.

Kim Nana and Lee Yoon Sung help Ajumeoni get home, where Lee reveals he never knew his mother and later Ajumeoni learns of her son's fate. The President confronts the General and his sons are tricked into joining the army while Kim shoots the City Hunter as he attempts to kidnap the General.

Nana has found the City Hunter. She grabs a gun and proceeds to open fire, and shoots him in the back.

In a intense, and deadly game of Russian Roulette, Jin-Pyo takes all but one bullet from his gun and demands that his hostage to tell him the names of the others involved in that deadly incident in 1983. There was a bomb that, killed the South Korean president, and several other high ranking officials.

In this new, and exciting episode of City Hunter, Yoon-Sung and Young-ju are surprised to see each other at the hospital. Since they both arrived at the same time, they are both left with the task of verifying the victim and all of the many suspects involved in the incident.

In stroke of luck and an act of swift thinking, Nana rescues Yoon Sung in the National Forensic Service. Nana's timing couldn't have been better, because Yoon Sung was a mere seconds away from being discovered by the Prosecutor Young Joe. Had Nana not acted, Yoon Sung would be in great danger.

A few moments before the room spins and everything goes black, Nana tells Yoon Sung that she is glad that he was not the one who got shot. As soon as Nana says those meaningful words, she falls unconscious.

An attempt on Kim Na Na's life in retaliation against Lee Yoon Sung by his father, Kim Jong Shik is thwarted. Kim Young Joo confronts his father about his past crimes and current financial impropriety regarding the University while Bae Shik Joong hunts for Lee Kyung Hee; Prosecutor Kim Young Joo receives an award.

Young-Ju’s father falls hitting a car and discovered to be under a coma. Yoon-Sang unites with his mother who recognizes him as her son. The next target, Chun Jae-Min, burns reports about the 1983 incident. Yoon-Sang saves Young-Ju after Jae-Min’s accomplice chloroforms Young-Ju in his car.

Lee Yoon Sung saves Prosecutor Kim Young Joo and documents for Operation Clean Sweep are burned. Bae Shik Joong gets out of the hospital and becomes a shopaholic while Lee Yoon Sung contemplates giving Kim Na Na his mother's ring as he works to expose corruption in the Haewon Chemical Company.

Young Joo's use of Yoon Sung's Thai name causes the latter to pause and wonder. Young asks if he is the City Hunter. Rather then answer the question, he neither confirms nor denies his guess. Instead he challenges him to bring proof that shows he is the City Hunter.

President Choi walks up to Yoon Sung and places in his hands, the volume that he was been searching for. In the volume there is a picture of his Dad. The picture was taken a very long time ago, when his dad was a secret service agent.

In this action packed show down, Jin-pyo is ambushed at his own home by a ruthless group of Chun’s people. Nana tries covering for his overnight master of judo, inadvertently insulting Eun-ah in the process. As Nana struggles to keep Yoon-sung’s identity a secret the confusion becomes quite hysterical.

Jin Pyo is a very impressive and brave man, however he is still a man and can only do so much. Jin Pyo is ambushed at home by eight of Cho's goons. The number is too large for any man to overcome, even a man as well trained as Jin Pyo.

Yoong Sun wants to do what is right. He is a modern day superhero always exposing corruption. Sometimes the corruption hits a little to close to home. He must choose whether he will take the high road and expose the crooks or let someone close to him get off just this once.
