Lt. Columbo returns as he always has. He is absorbed in his job, and he is just as curious. Columbo has a strange blend of innocence and shrewdness, and he is thinking all the time. His stained brown raincoat, his aging suit and shoes – he will always wear them. He doesn’t mind looking rumpled because he is comfortable with himself.
