An adventure that begins in the Aconcagua valley, a region of wine, chicha and traditional Chilean food. Then, we'll continue in search of delicious recipes and great stories in the Elqui valley, Puerto Viejo and Isla Calderilla to finish in Guebrada de Tarapacá.

    Our next destination are the enigmatic heights of Bolivia. After an unexpected stop in Oruro, we'll discover the beautiful cities of Potosí and La Paz. We'll prepare Salteñas, will learn about the art of the Charango and will have a memorable experience at the carnival of Gran Poder. In Copacabana, Olly will prepare fresh trout on the shore of lake Titicaca.

We'll find out about the history of the famous picanterías in Paucarpata. Then we'll go to Ica, the birthplace of Peruvian pisco. In Huanchaco, we'll prepare the traditional ceviche and we'll celebrate Fisher's Day in Máncora.
