John waits at Underworld and as he sees someone placing flowers he pounces but it soon becomes clear it's just a florist who has no idea who ordered the wreath.

John reels as he reads the letter, he needs to speak to Charlotte but Fiz has organised for Owen and Katy to come to dinner in a bid to sooth relations.

Kevin's dreading the christening, posing as godfather when he may be the actual father, and snaps at everyone.

As Kevin's told he can have the test results by the end of the day he arranges for a courier to deliver them, desperately hoping the baby is Tyrone's.

Kevin takes in the DNA results but he's forced to snap back to reality when Sally arrives to take him to the pub so they're out of the way for Sophie's party.

Jack's overwhelmed as he walks into the surprise birthday party Tyrone and Molly have arranged at the Rovers.

As Molly insists the affair is over Jack isn't judgemental and implores her, if she loves Tyrone, to leave Weatherfield with him and start afresh.

Tyrone's consumed with grief and asks Molly to tell Kevin.

Peter's at Leanne's side at her request but as she sets about her work he's left to talk to Carla.

At the police station Peter's by Carla's side as she's processed for drink driving. Back home Peter pushes to find out what happened but when Carla reveals he was the reason she was drinking (she's fallen for him) he's stunned.

Leanne is regretting the previous evening and can't even face going in to work leaving Nick covering for her.

Leanne confesses to a stunned Carla that she slept with Nick but not before telling Carla about Peter's new alcoholic friend Carl (she doesn't know Carl is in fact Carla) who he seems to be spending an awful lot of time with.

The great and the good of Weatherfield gather to say a tearful farewell to one of their own at Jack's funeral. As Tyrone makes a heartfelt and emotional speech about the man he came to look upon as a father his words resonate with the congregation, Ashley and Claire wonder if they ought to give things another go and Tyrone surprises Molly with a suggestion.

As Tyrone tries to persuade Molly that another baby is a good idea all she can think about is Kevin and decides that the time has come to tell him how she feels.

Molly tries to convince Kevin they should be together but he's having none of it and heads off for his romantic night with Sally. Molly is not going to give up easily though and lets Kevin know that she plans to spill the beans...

Charlotte calls John in a distressed state and he has to concoct a cover story for Fiz in order to go and see her. Meanwhile Fiz is still stressed out by the mystery stalker and the day goes from bad to worse when Colin Fishwick's elderly mother turns up at the house looking for her son.

Joy Fishwick's appearance has sent John into a tailspin as she reveals that she just wants to see her son again as she is ill. Fiz tries to help telling Joy about Colin's job but Joy discovers that Colin has left his bedsit and has not been seen since he was attacked at work a few months ago. Alone Fiz tells John that she thinks she should tell the police she knows who Colin's attacker was!

John tells Charlotte that Colin's mother has been round looking for him. She gets upset and clings to him but when she eventually falls asleep he is stunned to discover Chesney's keys and realisation dawns.

Determined to put a stop to her games John confronts Charlotte about being the stalker. Charlotte admits she is the stalker but surprises John with an indecent proposal.

Charlotte appears to have it all worked out - she wants John to spend weekends with her and weekdays with Fiz! John is horrified but Charlotte makes it clear that she won't accept rejection - leaving John to weave a new web of lies for Fiz.

Michelle challenges Carla when she is unpleasant to Izzy at the factory. She is intrigued when she runs Carla home and spots Peter entering the flat. Deciding to confront them she is surprised when Peter explains what is really going on and Carla is forced to explain about her drink problem.

Factory gossip about Carla's drink problem is rife so she seeks solace at the Joinery but Leanne has other things on her mind and send Carla packing. When Ken asks her if she has seen Peter Carla tells him he was at the Joinery. As Ken heads to the bar to look for his son will he catch Leanne and Nick together?
