Four new celebrity couples check into therapy with Dr. Jenn Berman for an intense experience that will change their relationships, and their lives, forever.

The couples join Dr. Jenn in an intense group therapy session where they all reveal some of the most hurtful moments in their relationship.

Group therapy brings up many topics revolving around trust in a time when social media is so prevalent in society.

Dr. Jenn is upset with both Nikki and Jenna for not fully committing to the process, so she brings everybody into a group session to scold the pair.

Dr. Jenn shakes things up with the group by bringing in a trust expert to the house.

Evel admits to the cast that he has a life threatening disease, and the cast has a very surprising response. Treach and Cicely are still fuming mad with each other, and haven't spoken since she called him out at the trust exercise.

Dr. Jenn opens this weeks group session with a heartbreaking topic: childhood trauma. Later, Dr. Jenn plans an activity allowing the couples to release their aggression.

Nikki and Juan Pablo are at a crossroads in their relationship. Not only has their fighting caused a major riff in their relationship, but it has caused other people in the house to get fed up with Nikki, especially Cicely.

Dr. Jenn opens group therapy with the topic of 'what you need from your partner' and Dick reveals that he is sad and disappointed that he and Stephanie have parted ways, but he needs to have her in his life leaving therapy.

After 3 long weeks in therapy, the couples are gearing up to leave the retreat, but Dr. Jenn still has her hands full.
