Danger Mouse and Penfold find themselves transported back in time to the year 1215 A.D., the time of Robin Hood, where our heroes proceed to attempt to rescue Sir K from the clutches of Baron Greenback.

Someone has stuffed the most important seats in England with cactus. Danger Mouse surmises the pointy plants come from the giant saguaros, so he and Penfold travel to Mexico where they soon find Baron Greenback, who has an angry bull.

Wufgang Bah, the world's worst composer, uses a ray to destroy all of the music on the planet to force everyone to listen to his music. Danger Mouse and Penfold are on the case and must use an old cassette deck to solve their dilemma.

Greenback, the world's greatest evil genius, uses his latest invention to brainwash Colonel K into sending Danger Mouse and Penfold on a wild goose chase to the South Pole. Penfold's poor hearing leaves him immune to Greenback's invention.

After a spaceship crash-lands in Birmingham city center, Danger Mouse and Penfold meet an alien who is looking for his pet, a small furry creature called a Ticklehipos, that multiplies every time something touches it.

Greenback is selling motorbikes to the Mongol hordes, so Danger Mouse leaves Penfold at home with a cold to travel to Finland to join Agent 57 to thwart Greenback's plans. Agent 57 soon gets a cold of his own, one that affects him greatly.

A new experimental enzyme being tested at the Wonder White Sub company laboratory bonds with an aggressive molecule and escapes down the drain. It starts attacking people, pinching underwear, and attempts to turn everything white.

While on a case involving the theft of the crown jewels, Danger Mouse and Penfold step into an old grandfather clock, only to discover that it is a time machine.

Due to new auto control security, the Mark 3 flying car begins to rebel against its driver, Danger Mouse, as well as his frequent passenger, Penfold, and it keeps them from attending a special awards ceremony.

Accompanied by his robot Grovell, a small alien named J.J. Quark believes he has a rightful claim to possess the Earth, one granted him by his Great-great-great-great grandfather as part of an ancient cosmic charter.

Greenback, the Terrible Toad, is using a giant reflector stashed somewhere in The Alps to begin to melt the polar ice caps. His ultimate plan is to flood the world and sell rubber dinghies and rubber ducks at inflated prices.

While Greenback is away on vacation in France, Stiletto uses a ray to increase the size of spiders so that they can build webs to envelop the entire city of London.

The Duke of Bedbug's stately mansion has been stolen and is currently sailing towards the sea. Hannibal Hogarty and his team of highly trained elephants are holding it ransom, so Danger Mouse and Penfold team up with B.L.E.E.P. to find it.

Upon returning to Earth, J.J. Quark proposes to hold peace talks with Danger Mouse in Africa, a proposal Danger Mouse accepts. Once in Africa, Quark releases a hungry Fangboner to hunt down Danger Mouse and Penfold.

After the villainous El Loco poisons Danger Mouse's milk, Penfold is compelled into action to prevent further treacherous behavior on the part of El Loco.

When a mechanical cat named Paws kidnaps Colonel K, Danger Mouse and Penfold race to save him, but Paws always seems to be able to stay one step ahead of the crimefighters.

Danger Mouse and Penfold are sent to investigate a weird disturbance at Stonehenge on All Hallow's Eve. Once there, Danger Mouse is ambushed by his own suppressed evil side, who freezes time to take control over 98% of Danger Mouse.

Greenback causes chaos and mayhem in London when he uses a ray to bring all of the statues in the city to life.

The phantom time traveling grandfather clock has reappeared in Windsor Castle. When Danger Mouse and Penfold investigate the scene, they encounter the disgruntled time traveler Master Snozzle, King Arthur's first and former wizard.

Great Britain falls into complete chaos when every cup of tea is turned into low grade dishwater. It turns out that Baron Greenback is collecting the city's tea supply by tractor ray beam and transporting it to his TB1 satellite.

Upon returning from a trip to Mexico, Danger Mouse and Penfold inadvertently smuggle Mexican bandit El Loco back with them into the country, whose revolver is loaded with jumping beans.

Penfold receives a gift from the Cosmos Book of the Light Year Club. Upon opening the "Cowards Pop-up Book of Slobbering Monsters" by I.L. Scaremstiff, J.J. Quark fires a remote animation ray from space that bring the monsters to life.

Colonel K receives word that Greenback knows the location of the lost amulet of Egganofice, a medallion fashioned by an ancient Egyptian sorcerer in 5002 B.C. that possesses unlimited mysterious powers. In truth, Greenback has other plans.

Danger Mouse and Penfold travel to the deserted island of Combaktu in the China Sea to rescue Professor Squackencluck. Upon arrival, a witch doctor manages to split our heroes up, and Penfold finds himself in the clutches of an Uran Utang.

After Penfold takes a pill invented by Professor Squawkencluck he turns into a superhero, causing major issues for Danger Mouse as he searches for a stray messenger pigeon.
