Todd Carmichael goes to the island nation of Haiti in search of a rare, rumored colonial strain of coffee plant called "Typica" noted as being some of the most savored coffee on the planet.

Todd Carmichael begins his Bolivian journey short of breath at 12,000 feet in the world's highest capital, La Paz. The coffee plants prove to be hard to find due to the more profitable crop, Coca, the plant to make cocaine.
