Bullet Raja is a small time crook with a good heart. Fighting for his Lover Shwetha he gets finished off. Bullet Raja heads to Yamalokam, but he realises that his life is unjustly terminated by Chitragupta and so he picks up a fight with YamaRaja. A hapless Yama Raja decides to send him back to earth into the body of Home Minister Ravindra.
