When Armughan & Hafza's daughter genetically inherits thalassemia from them, they strive to do everything to keep her healthy. Unfortunately the less fortunate Irshad cannot do the same for his grandson. Azra and Shagufta accuses Safia for having a weak faith in God as she went to a Pir for consultation. Meanwhile, Armaghan and Hafza waits for their daughter's blood reports.

Umar falls unconscious and Shagufta takes him to the hospital where the doctor tells her to get bone marrow transplant. Similarly doctor also suggest the same treatment for Faria.

After Faria's birthday, Talat announces the date of engagement of Faizan and Savera however Sawera has a change of heart.

Safia decides to get Shahid married for the second time however Azra begs her not to do so. Faizan is busy resolving his differences with Sawera however Sawera is not ready to compromise.

Zahid and Irshad are worried as they are unable to arrange money for Umar's treatment while Armaghan and Hamza look for a donor for Faria.

As Armaghan and Hafza turns to their family for help, Mahreen refuses to let her children go through the bone marrow test. Safia is unable to find the perfect girl for her son, Shahid.

Despite of Mehreen's resistance, Noman takes his children for the test however Mahreen is ready to pack her bags and leave. Elders of the family finalize Faizan and Sawera's wedding date.

Upset by his own health, Umar begins to compare himself with other children however Umar's parents assure him that he will be alright. Sawera promises Faizan to never leave him again.

To create a havoc in the house, Safia pressurizes Irshad to misbehave with Shagufta and asks Zahid to slap her wife. Young Umar is deeply affected by seeing all of this.

During Faizan and Sawera wedding reception, Faria falls unconscious and Hafza blames herself for Faria's condition. Umar is certain of his death.

Irshad decides to sell his house and shop so that Umar's treatment can go on however Safia doesn't want that to happen.

Shagufta visits Hafza and they both find out the similar condition of Umar and Faria. After heading home, Shagufta and Safia have a disagreement.

Safia takes away all of Safia's money that was offered to her by Talat and Hafza. Sawera is nauseous and tells Hafza that she might be expecting a child.

Azra tells Shagufta about the financial constraints she is facing while arranging money for Umar's treatment. Sawera is worried about her pregnancy however Faizan tries to calm her down

As Mahreen is leaving, Hafza and Sawera discusses the responsibilities they will have to take while Faizan comes home with bad news.

Umar is in critical condition and asks the doctor to let him see his parents. Zahid and his boss are caught by police as they exchange some money.

Shahid receives a call from Zahid and tells him about his arrest. Everyone is worried and is busy arranging money for Zahid's bail.

Upset about her father's death, Azra blames Shahid and makes sure to put him behind the bars. As the preparations for Umar's birthday are underway, will the family be able to celebrate or will they be struck with yet another bad news?
