Junsik and Soyeon are a married couple afraid to make love to each other since being traumatized by a miscarriage in the past. As a couple's therapy, they travel to a remote island and visit a shabby restaurant. Once there, they are greeted by the friendly owner, Seongcheol, but his strange demeanor increasingly alarms them. In the night, they witness the owner brutally killing another couple.
