A violent feud between brothers shadows a man, Dharma (Vijay Sethupathi) and casts a pall over his future as a doctor. Dharma, a heartbroken doctor, turns to alcohol and becomes the source of embarrassment for his family. However, a meeting with an old friend changes his life for good.
