Trisha, is a transgender woman who dies suddenly on stage while being crowned in a beauty pageant. Her last wish was to be presented as a different celebrity on each of the seven nights of her wake. As Trisha is transformed into her beloved idols, her friends look back at the colorful and extraordinary roles that she has led as a son, daughter, sister, mother, friend, wife, and, ultimately, queen.
