Dinner with Plato

Have breakfast just like the ancient Athenians. We will cook omelette and an ancient Greek smoothie in the shadow of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Join us and get a taste of the meals that have been nourishing ideas for 25 centuries!

Plato takes us to Crete and introduces us to the Cretan diet, possibly the healthiest in the world. We visit the birthplace of Zeus and the cave of the mythical Cyclops. We lean how local cheese is made, cook pork like the Minoans and enjoy the beauty of this gorgeous Greek island.
