Padra has come to collect the Galaxy Stones by command of Cosmosaurus. Padra comes to Dino Island, where the Galaxy Stones have been scattered because of Darkno. Rex and Akan find themselves powerless against Padra's great might.

In the process of rescuing his friends from an attack by Padra, Rex uses the power of the Galaxy Stone to upgrade to an Ultimate D-Buster.

A commotion breaks out in the town because of soap bubbles charged with the power of the Galaxy Stone. Rex and Akan find themselves in danger when they meet a Giga Dino that was empowered by the soap bubbles.

Pteranodon, once a friend of Kaya, has lost her memory and become a henchman for Darkno. Kaya goes against the odds to help Pteranodon regain her memory. Akan receives power from Pteranodon to upgrade to a Hyper D-Saber.

An Emily imposter comes and makes trouble, bringing chaos to the whole town. The problem is a mirror imbued with the power of the Galaxy Stone. Rex and Akan face down the threat of a Giga Dino that has gained power from that mirror.

There is a strange smell when John walks by. Apparently there was a Galaxy Stone stuck to the bottom of his foot. Will Rex and Akan be able to defeat a Giga Dino that emits terrible stink attacks?

When a flute is blown that has the power of the Galaxy Stone, everyone starts to dance. Will they be able to overcome the unstoppable instinct to dance and defeat the Giga Dino?

A wild car races through downtown. Barely bringing it to a stop, they realize it was because of a Galaxy Stone. Rex and Akan face off against a Giga Dino with super speed.

A whack-a-mole has absorbed the power of a Galaxy Stone and is terrorizing the people of the town. The gophers are giving the town a hard time because they keep disappearing so they are difficult to catch. Amidst all this, Tri learns a new ability for intra-dimensional travel.

A magnifying glass with the power of a Galaxy Stone is making objects really big and sowing chaos in the town. A massive Giga Dino has shown up and is heading for the town, and Rex and Akan face great danger to stop it.

Tyranno sees Kaya meeting Darkno without Rex or their friends knowing. Rex and Akan face the crisis of an attack from Padra, who has gained tremendous power from Cosmosaurus, but with the help of Kaya, who they thought had betrayed them, they are able to turn the tide of the battle.

Happiness doesn't last, and Padra once again oppresses Rex and Akan with her great power. With a need for victory, Akan accepts the power of darkness. Akan succeeds in defeating Padra, but loses his body to Darkno who had been hiding in the shadows.

Rex stands off against corrupted Akan. Rex manages to save Akan from the darkness, and they face Darkno together. Darkno gathers the last of his forces and tries to destroy Earth. Rex and Akan come to understand the true meaning of power and defeat Darkno, reclaiming peace for Earth. Rex parts ways with the Dino Core members and Akan, who is leaving to save the Dino Planet.
