The twins escape their sister, Robin, only to face another jail cell. The pressure is on Eric, not only to clear his and Erica’s names, but to save both of his sisters!

After a tumultuous escape from Robin and Imani, Eric takes Erica to his lab to hide out from the police. There, she discovers the depths of Eric's vengeance on child traffickers. Robin and Imani have a power struggle over who's in charge.

Erica reunites with Dr. Cintron who concocts a plan to retrieve the evidence that will get the murder charges against her dropped. Eric reunites with an ex-girlfriend to retain her services as an attorney to help Erica.

Robin has to decide if she will go to war with Imani over her siblings. Erica returns to her profession as a doctor in the ER, only to put together the clues about Nurse Brian. Eric is in turmoil over how to rescue Robin from a life of crime.
