With one monster sliced to ribbons, The Boulet Brothers send the remaining competitors to a Western Ghost Town for a shoot out at high noon. Who will raise hell and who will face-off in a fatal extermination? A ghost from the Boulet Brothers' past joins the panel to help decide who will remain a spirit of the West.

After a harrowing experience in the ghost town, the remaining monsters are split into two teams to compete in the inaugural, "Boulet Brothers' Dragula Monsters of Rock Show". One band will cement their place in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and one band will go up in a blaze of glory - but not before facing an extermination sure to leave a mark. Space, the final frontier. Set your phasers to KILL and join The Boulet Brothers' Dragula Monsters for an interdimensional voyage that is out of this world. Legendary drag queens, Alaska and Heklina are beamed up to The Boulets' space ship to help judge this sci-fi themed challenge.

The remaining competitors are taken to a cabin in the woods where a serial killer is on the loose. As the monsters are hunted one-by-one, they must all create Basic Bitch drag looks fit for a final girl. Comedy drag icons, Coco Peru and Peaches Christ make the trek to the wilderness to help the Boulets judge which Scream Queen will get their sequel and which will be buried in the woods.

As the numbers begin to dwindle, the remaining competitors are challenged to create their ultimate gothic wedding fantasy floor show. Heavenly bodies quickly turn hellish as the judges issue the most shocking decision of the entire season. The Boulet Brothers are joined by Darren Stein and Biblegirl in the judges altar where an objection leads to an unforgettable wedding ceremony.
